OUR PREP AND PAINTING PROCESS

Not all Orlando painters use the same preparation and painting process. Whether you hire us for residential house painting or you choose Dynamic Touch Painting as your commercial painting contractor, it is necessary to start with proper preparation.

When painting the exterior of your home or commercial building, you can expect:

  • Thorough pressure cleaning to remove all contamination etc.
  • Trenching: All ground area around base of house / building shall be trenched back to sufficiently paint exterior down below ground level.
  • Hand scraping and sanding of all loose and/or peeling paint on the exterior of your home.
  • Rotten wood analysis & repairs / Re-nailing of loose wood areas prior to painting.
  • Primer / Sealer on all exterior painting surfaces prior to finish coating.
  • Detailed caulking / crack repairs / weatherproofing of all voids, gaps, etc.
  • Rust-proofing and hand sanding of any exterior painting areas where deemed necessary.
  • Daily clean up before your painting contractor leaves the work site.
  • FINISH COATING: ALWAYS TOP OF THE LINE MATERIALS

When painting the interior of your home or commercial building, you can expect:

  • Sanding all interior doors / trim and smoothing out all walls that will be painted.
  • Caulking / puttying of wood areas / windows where needed.
  • Minor patching / repairing of interior holes, imperfections throughout.
  • Proper covering and protection of all painting areas where necessary.
  • Careful moving of all furnishings.
  • Daily clean up before your painting contractor leaves the work site.
  • FINISH COATING: ALWAYS TOP OF THE LINE MATERIALS

  • Careful moving of all furnishings and properly covering/protection of all areas where necessary
  • Sanding all doors/trim and smoothing out all walls that will be painted

  • Finish Coating: Always Top of the Line materials (Washable finishes should be considered, but they can highlight drywall imperfections)
